By using our website and services, you agree to the following:

1. Quotes & Estimates
   All quotes are free. Final pricing may vary depending on yard size, access, and job scope.

2. Services
   We provide lawn care, pressure washing, and junk removal. Scheduling may be adjusted due to weather or safety concerns.

3. Customer Responsibilities
   The property owner is responsible for clearing and preparing the work area before service begins. This includes removing trash, debris, hoses, outdoor furniture, vehicles, or any other items that may obstruct work. HGE Environmental Services is not liable for damage to items left in the service area.

4. Payments
   Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We accept Zelle, PayPal, and cash.

5. Cancellations
   Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a $25 fee.

6. Liability
   We are not liable for pre-existing conditions (cracks, hidden pipes, unmarked hazards). Customers must disclose risks before service.

7. Use of Website
   All content is for informational purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
